Delegate Registration - 2019 CAPWHN National Conference
Breaching the Status Quo: Advancing Quality Improvement, Best Practice and Advocacy in Perinatal and Women’s Health

This registration link is for conference attendees. The pre-registration deadline is November 1, 2019. After that date delegates will be required to register on site at a higher rate.

 

To obtain the member rate you must be a CAPWHN member in good standing through to the end of the conference (i.e. your membership must be valid through November 2019). Please ensure your membership is up to date before completing your conference registration.

 

Alternatively, delegates may register at the member incentive rate, which includes the registration fee and a 12 month membership. Non-members using this rate must also complete a membership application form before their registration is considered complete.

Event Description

Conference Objectives:

  1. Learn about clinical best practices and new research acquired from researchers, experts, and fellow participants that will improve outcomes and enhance shared decision making for women and newborns.
  2. Reflect on new developments across the continuum of care for women and newborns that will impact your clinical practice.
  3. Discuss innovative and evidence informed strategies to promote excellence and improve outcomes in perinatal and women’s health care.
  4. Integrate knowledge learned by engaging in dialogue and networking with other health care professionals.

A block of rooms has been set aside for the 2019 CAPWHN National Conference at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. We recommend booking your room early to ensure availability, as there are limited rooms available.

Cancellation &
Refund Policy

Written cancellations must be received on or before 5 pm Pacific on October 15, 2019 and are subject to a $100 administration fee. No refunds will be provided after October 15, 2019. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

 

Transfers to another individual at the same institution will be accepted until September 25, 2018. Transfers following that date will be subject to a $50 administration fee. On-site transfers will be subject to a $100 administration fee.
